This case study is part of a personal project. GrubFix is not a real restaurant.
GrubFix is a healthy-foods restaurant chain that has a good customer base in multiple locations. It has no dedicated app and only takes orders over call or in-store orders.
Ordering food online can be a task. After working in a top Accounting firm, I noticed how some of my colleagues who were living alone struggled with having proper meals owing to ****their busy schedules. They would usually order food online.
But most restaurants are either not listed on these apps or their prices would be listed higher than the original prices. So my colleagues would directly call the restaurants and place their orders which is a task and time-consuming.
To begin with the project, I first took an example of my colleagues who faced a similar situation - to get a base to start with.
Here’s a scenario where Alia is placing an order from GrubFix -

The real struggle begins when she has to order for a large group over call.
